“Companies differ only in people.”
This conclusion has the right to exist, as there are a lot of examples of enterprises with the same production areas, the same technological equipment, the same technologies, BUT with DIFFERENT TEAMS. And the result in all these companies is different, and depends 70% on the right team and coach, who can set the tone for the game called “BUSINESS”.
I recently attended a jazz trio concert, looked at the performers and thought about the team: everyone has their own instrument and their own score, everyone has their own style, but the work of 3 completely different musicians gives an amazing result. No one disputes who is in charge… I saw how the rehearsed melodies were played out to automatism by everyone, without looking at each other. And I saw how improvisations were going on: the presenter started improvising, and the others, HEARING and FEELING him, complemented the composition..…
“They are the perfect team!” I thought.
But despite the fact that they worked as a team – everyone was an INDIVIDUAL, giving (exactly giving) his work for 120%.”There is something to strive for,” I thought.
The company “SYSTEM MANAGEMENT” was born and grew like any child: it was formed, took its “first steps”, passed the formation of its “character”, there were both the first joys and achievements, and sleepless nights, illnesses and disappointments. Each stage of the company’s development was accompanied by its own specifics and at each stage the team was transformed depending on the need for growth.
Employees did not always like the living environment – and they did not take root, employees did not always have the ability to develop at the speed that the market demanded. But everyone contributed and took their own experience.
The general atmosphere of the company motivated us to be together and develop as a “living organism”, we persevered towards our goals.
Life does not stand still: events and external factors make their own corrections, but only truly high-quality and honest relationships in the team give continuation to cooperation, regardless of distances and circumstances.
