In December 2021, our company participated in the project of the ISO 41001:2018

Changing the management structure of residential complexes, shopping centers, non-residential premises in modern conditions leads to the need to change the management models of real estate and infrastructure. How to make, for example, the (association of co-owners of an apartment building) management model sustainable, there is no need to “reinvent the wheel” – you need to refer to the ISO 41001:2018 Management System Standard “Facility management“.

Facilities management combines several disciplines to influence the efficiency and productivity of the economies of societies, communities and organizations, as well as the way people interact with the built environment. Facilities management affects the health, well-being and quality of life of much of the world’s communities and populations through the services it manages and provides.

While facility management has a wide impact, global recognition of its principles and practices is not enough. This International Standard provides a framework for a common interpretation and understanding of facility management and the ways in which all kinds of organizations can benefit.

The development of the market for facility management services will be facilitated by the existence of a common global structure and an accompanying standard. The sector benefits from a common framework that can allow assessment and quantification of asset management. This is the main factor and purpose of the standard.
