CEN / TS 16555-1:2013. Innovation Management. Part 1. Innovation management system.
The standard defines general guidelines for the creation and management of an innovation management system, including understanding the context of the organization; ensuring leadership and involvement of top management; planning the success of innovation activities; identifying and using incentive factors; developing the innovation process from idea generation to innovation results; interacting with third parties-for example, design and development partners, customers and suppliers; evaluating and improving the functioning of the innovation management system; understanding and using innovation management techniques.
